These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all access to and use of services provided by PT Strategic Outcomes International, trading as The Firm Bali (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). The Company provides professional administrative, coordination, and advisory services related to business establishment, immigration support, compliance coordination, due diligence reporting, tax and accounting coordination, property management coordination, and non-custodial transaction coordination.
The Company is not a bank, financial institution, escrow agent, trustee, broker, settlement agent, or payment intermediary. We do not receive, hold, safeguard, transmit, or control client funds, deposits, or transaction monies. All payments collected by the Company represent professional service fees only.
Any property-related services are strictly limited to non-custodial coordination, documentation support, timeline oversight, and stakeholder communication. Property purchase prices, deposits, settlement funds, taxes, and notarial fees are paid directly by clients to the relevant third parties.
Where services require legal, notarial, accounting, or other licensed professionals, the Company acts solely as a coordinator. Such services are provided by independently licensed third parties engaged directly by the client.
Fees may be fixed, milestone-based, or recurring and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments do not constitute trust funds, retainers for third parties, or client monies.
Refunds are governed by the Company’s Refund Policy. Once services have commenced or third-party costs are incurred, fees are non-refundable.
Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation. The Company is not responsible for delays or adverse outcomes caused by incomplete information, government authorities, or third-party decisions.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, the Company does not provide legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability is limited to the professional service fees paid for the relevant service.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims arising from misuse of services or breach of these Terms.
The Company may suspend or terminate services where required for legal, compliance, or risk management reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Ketentuan Layanan ini mengatur seluruh penggunaan layanan yang disediakan oleh PT Strategic Outcomes International dengan nama dagang “The Firm Bali”. Dengan menggunakan layanan, Anda menyetujui Ketentuan ini.
Perusahaan menyediakan layanan profesional berupa administrasi, koordinasi, dan pendampingan terkait pendirian usaha, dukungan imigrasi, koordinasi kepatuhan, pelaporan due diligence, koordinasi perpajakan dan akuntansi, koordinasi manajemen properti, serta koordinasi transaksi secara non-custodial.
Perusahaan bukan lembaga keuangan, escrow, atau perantara pembayaran. Kami tidak menerima, menahan, atau memindahkan dana klien.
Layanan terkait properti terbatas pada koordinasi non-custodial, dukungan dokumentasi, dan komunikasi. Harga pembelian, deposit, dan biaya pihak ketiga dibayarkan langsung oleh klien.
Layanan hukum, notaris, dan profesional lain diberikan oleh pihak ketiga berizin yang ditunjuk langsung oleh klien.
Seluruh pembayaran merupakan biaya jasa profesional.
Refund tunduk pada Kebijakan Refund Perusahaan.
Klien wajib memberikan informasi yang benar dan tepat waktu.
Perusahaan tidak memberikan nasihat hukum, keuangan, atau investasi kecuali disepakati secara tertulis.
Tanggung jawab Perusahaan dibatasi sebesar biaya jasa yang dibayarkan.
Klien setuju untuk mengganti kerugian Perusahaan atas pelanggaran Ketentuan.
Layanan dapat dihentikan demi kepatuhan hukum.
Ketentuan ini diatur oleh hukum Republik Indonesia.

Sejauh diizinkan oleh hukum, total tanggung jawab Perusahaan dibatasi sebesar biaya jasa profesional yang dibayarkan kepada Perusahaan.
Perusahaan dapat membatasi atau menghentikan akses ke Dokumen apabila Kebijakan ini dilanggar. Setelah penghentian, Anda wajib berhenti menggunakan Dokumen dan menghapus atau memusnahkan salinannya.
