These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all access to and use of services provided by PT Strategic Outcomes International, trading as The Firm Bali (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing, accessing, or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Services
The Company provides professional administrative, coordination, and advisory services related to business establishment, immigration support, compliance coordination, due diligence reporting, tax and accounting coordination, property management coordination, and non-custodial transaction coordination.
3. Non-Custodial and Non-Financial Services
The Company is not a bank, financial institution, escrow agent, trustee, broker, settlement agent, or payment intermediary. We do not receive, hold, safeguard, transmit, or control client funds, deposits, or transaction monies. All payments collected by the Company represent professional service fees only.
4. Property-Related Services
Any property-related services are strictly limited to non-custodial coordination, documentation support, timeline oversight, and stakeholder communication. Property purchase prices, deposits, settlement funds, taxes, and notarial fees are paid directly by clients to the relevant third parties.
5. Third-Party Professionals
Where services require legal, notarial, accounting, or other licensed professionals, the Company acts solely as a coordinator. Such services are provided by independently licensed third parties engaged directly by the client.
6. Payments and Fees
Fees may be fixed, milestone-based, or recurring and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments do not constitute trust funds, retainers for third parties, or client monies.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Company’s Refund Policy. Once services have commenced or third-party costs are incurred, fees are non-refundable.
8. Client Obligations
Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation. The Company is not responsible for delays or adverse outcomes caused by incomplete information, government authorities, or third-party decisions.
9. No Legal, Financial, or Investment Advice
Unless expressly agreed in writing, the Company does not provide legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability is limited to the professional service fees paid for the relevant service.
11. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims arising from misuse of services or breach of these Terms.
12. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate services where required for legal, compliance, or risk management reasons.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Ketentuan Layanan (Bahasa Indonesia)
1. Pendahuluan dan Persetujuan
Ketentuan Layanan ini mengatur seluruh penggunaan layanan yang disediakan oleh PT Strategic Outcomes International dengan nama dagang “The Firm Bali”. Dengan menggunakan layanan, Anda menyetujui Ketentuan ini.
2. Sifat Layanan
Perusahaan menyediakan layanan profesional berupa administrasi, koordinasi, dan pendampingan terkait pendirian usaha, dukungan imigrasi, koordinasi kepatuhan, pelaporan due diligence, koordinasi perpajakan dan akuntansi, koordinasi manajemen properti, serta koordinasi transaksi secara non-custodial.
3. Layanan Non-Custodial
Perusahaan bukan lembaga keuangan, escrow, atau perantara pembayaran. Kami tidak menerima, menahan, atau memindahkan dana klien.
4. Layanan Properti
Layanan terkait properti terbatas pada koordinasi non-custodial, dukungan dokumentasi, dan komunikasi. Harga pembelian, deposit, dan biaya pihak ketiga dibayarkan langsung oleh klien.
5. Pihak Ketiga
Layanan hukum, notaris, dan profesional lain diberikan oleh pihak ketiga berizin yang ditunjuk langsung oleh klien.
6. Pembayaran
Seluruh pembayaran merupakan biaya jasa profesional.
7. Pengembalian Dana
Refund tunduk pada Kebijakan Refund Perusahaan.
8. Kewajiban Klien
Klien wajib memberikan informasi yang benar dan tepat waktu.
9. Bukan Nasihat Profesional
Perusahaan tidak memberikan nasihat hukum, keuangan, atau investasi kecuali disepakati secara tertulis.
10. Batasan Tanggung Jawab
Tanggung jawab Perusahaan dibatasi sebesar biaya jasa yang dibayarkan.
11. Ganti Rugi
Klien setuju untuk mengganti kerugian Perusahaan atas pelanggaran Ketentuan.
12. Pengakhiran
Layanan dapat dihentikan demi kepatuhan hukum.
13. Hukum yang Berlaku
Ketentuan ini diatur oleh hukum Republik Indonesia.

4. Pembagian dan pengungkapan
Kami dapat membagikan data pribadi hanya jika diperlukan untuk memberikan layanan, termasuk:
- Kepada penyedia layanan operasional (mis. email, CRM, hosting situs)
- Kepada pihak ketiga berizin yang Anda tunjuk (mis. notaris, pengacara, akuntan)
- Jika diwajibkan oleh hukum/otoritas, atau untuk melindungi hak hukum
Kami tidak menjual data pribadi.
5. Keamanan data
Kami menerapkan langkah keamanan yang wajar. Namun, tidak ada metode transmisi atau penyimpanan yang sepenuhnya aman.
6. Retensi data

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to professional service fees paid to PT Strategic Outcomes International, trading as The Firm Bali (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Service fees
Payments made to the Company represent professional service fees for consultation, administrative coordination, and advisory services. We do not provide escrow or custody and we do not hold client transaction funds.
2. When refunds may be available
A refund may be considered only in limited circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate payment for the same service fee
- Payment made in error for a service not yet commenced
- Cancellation requested before work has begun and before any costs are incurred
3. Non-refundable situations
Fees are generally non-refundable once any of the following has occurred:
- Services have commenced (including preparation, document review, coordination, scheduling, or communications)
- Any third-party costs have been incurred or paid (including notary, legal, government, courier, or translation costs)
- Delays or outcomes are caused by client-provided information, third parties, or government decisions
4. Third-party fees
Third-party professional fees and government fees are not controlled by the Company and are not refundable by the Company. Any refunds for third-party services must be requested directly from the relevant provider, subject to their terms.

6. Review timeframes

Kebijakan Pengembalian Dana (Bahasa Indonesia)
Kebijakan Pengembalian Dana ini berlaku untuk biaya jasa profesional yang dibayarkan kepada PT Strategic Outcomes International dengan nama dagang The Firm Bali.
1. Biaya jasa
Pembayaran kepada Perusahaan merupakan biaya jasa profesional untuk konsultasi, koordinasi administratif, dan layanan pendampingan. Kami tidak menyediakan escrow atau kustodian dan tidak menahan dana transaksi klien.
2. Kondisi pengembalian dana
Pengembalian dana dapat dipertimbangkan secara terbatas, misalnya:
- Pembayaran ganda untuk biaya jasa yang sama
- Pembayaran dilakukan karena kesalahan untuk layanan yang belum dimulai
- Pembatalan diajukan sebelum pekerjaan dimulai dan sebelum ada biaya yang timbul
3. Tidak dapat dikembalikan
Biaya jasa pada umumnya tidak dapat dikembalikan apabila:
- Layanan telah dimulai (termasuk persiapan, peninjauan dokumen, koordinasi, penjadwalan, atau komunikasi)
- Biaya pihak ketiga sudah timbul atau telah dibayarkan (termasuk notaris, hukum, biaya pemerintah, kurir, atau terjemahan)
- Keterlambatan/hasil dipengaruhi oleh data dari klien, pihak ketiga, atau keputusan pemerintah
4. Biaya pihak ketiga
Biaya profesional pihak ketiga dan biaya pemerintah berada di luar kendali Perusahaan dan tidak dapat dikembalikan oleh Perusahaan. Permintaan pengembalian dana pihak ketiga harus diajukan langsung kepada penyedia terkait sesuai ketentuan mereka.

3. Kepemilikan dan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual
Seluruh Dokumen dan hak kekayaan intelektual terkait tetap menjadi milik Perusahaan atau pemberi lisensinya. Tidak ada hak kepemilikan yang dialihkan kepada Anda berdasarkan Kebijakan ini.
4. Perubahan Dokumen
Perusahaan dapat memperbarui, mengganti, atau menarik Dokumen kapan saja. Penggunaan lanjutan atas Dokumen yang diperbarui dianggap sebagai persetujuan atas Kebijakan yang diperbarui.
5. Bukan Nasihat Profesional
Dokumen disediakan untuk tujuan informasi dan koordinasi umum. Kecuali disepakati secara tertulis, Perusahaan tidak memberikan nasihat hukum, pajak, keuangan, atau investasi. Anda bertanggung jawab untuk memperoleh nasihat dari profesional berizin yang sesuai.
6. Non-Custodial dan Tidak Menangani Dana
Perusahaan bukan lembaga keuangan, escrow, kustodian, atau perantara pembayaran. Perusahaan tidak menerima, menahan, atau mengendalikan dana klien. Pembayaran kepada Perusahaan merupakan biaya jasa profesional semata.
7. Penafian Jaminan
Dokumen disediakan “sebagaimana adanya”. Sejauh diizinkan oleh hukum, Perusahaan menolak seluruh jaminan, baik tersurat maupun tersirat, termasuk akurasi dan kesesuaian tujuan.
8. Batasan Tanggung Jawab
Sejauh diizinkan oleh hukum, total tanggung jawab Perusahaan dibatasi sebesar biaya jasa profesional yang dibayarkan kepada Perusahaan.
9. Penghentian Akses
Perusahaan dapat membatasi atau menghentikan akses ke Dokumen apabila Kebijakan ini dilanggar. Setelah penghentian, Anda wajib berhenti menggunakan Dokumen dan menghapus atau memusnahkan salinannya.
10. Hukum yang Berlaku
Kebijakan ini diatur oleh hukum Republik Indonesia.

While the Company endeavours to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no representation or warranty as to completeness, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose. Reliance on information provided by the Company is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims responsibility for losses, delays, or outcomes arising from government authorities, third-party decisions, regulatory changes, or client-provided information.
8. Governing Law

4. Pihak Ketiga
Layanan oleh pengacara, notaris, akuntan, konsultan pajak, atau profesional berizin lainnya diberikan oleh pihak ketiga independen yang ditunjuk langsung oleh klien. Perusahaan bertindak semata-mata sebagai koordinator dan tidak bertanggung jawab atas tindakan, kelalaian, atau nasihat pihak ketiga.
5. Properti dan Aset
Bantuan terkait properti atau aset dibatasi pada koordinasi non-custodial, dukungan dokumentasi, dan pengawasan proses. Perusahaan tidak menegosiasikan transaksi, menentukan harga, menahan deposit, atau terlibat dalam penyelesaian atau pengalihan kepemilikan.
6. Akurasi dan Ketergantungan
Meskipun Perusahaan berupaya memberikan informasi yang akurat, kami tidak menjamin kelengkapan, ketepatan, atau kesesuaian untuk tujuan tertentu. Segala risiko atas penggunaan informasi menjadi tanggung jawab Anda.
7. Batasan Tanggung Jawab
Sejauh diizinkan oleh hukum, Perusahaan menolak tanggung jawab atas kerugian, keterlambatan, atau hasil yang timbul akibat keputusan pemerintah, pihak ketiga, perubahan regulasi, atau informasi yang diberikan oleh klien.
